Each product will have its own way of pre-processing and packaging, but the common thread is that they are all graded from source so that when they go to the place of consumption, they will limit the need to select products and limit the source of agricultural waste.

Anh Dao Cooperative is one of the first four facilities in Lam Dong province to implement the model of building and developing safe vegetable production and consumption chain in major vegetable growing areas to supply Ho Chi Minh City, made by Lam Dong department. of Agriculture and Rural Development and the Institute of Agricultural Environment.
In addition, 70 other production and primary processing facilities for vegetables and fruits of all kinds in the province supply supermarkets and wholesale markets in the southern metropolis.
The Ho Chi Minh City Food Safety Management Board has confirmed that 25 fruit and vegetable production and preliminary processing establishments, including 19 production facilities and 6 preliminary processing facilities, have obtained the food safety certificate. Thus, a number of stable vegetable supply chains were gradually formed to supply vegetables to HCMC markets. In addition, the process of monitoring and tracking the origin of agricultural and aquatic products between the two localities in the process of production and circulation is coordinated in an efficient and timely manner.
